An item from my order is missing

Two shipping packages:

In some cases the delivery of the order is made in two packages / shipments due to the content of the same. If the order is sent separately, please check the delivery note where items shipped in that part of the order will appear.
You will receive the second package later.


Unavailability of a product:

You may have not received a product of your order due to lack of stock. In this case you should have received an email reporting about the missing product.
Please check your email. The missing product is refunded via the same method of payment for the purchase and within the legal period of maximum 14 calendar days.


Logistics error:

It may be the case where an error occurs in our facilities and a product you have requested is not added. In this case you indicate that product does not have received. We need a photo of the batch delivery sending you find in the box in which you receive your order.
Once we receive this information, our team will finish the process by refunding the amount corresponding to the product not received.
